Ciena's 'Adaptive Network' is dedicated to tackling the complexities of today and unlocking opportunities for tomorrow. In a departure from industry norms, Ciena crafts the foundational technology behind this network, not in China, but in the heart of Guadalajara, Mexico.

To spotlight the cutting-edge manufacturing, diligent workforce, and meticulous craftsmanship that breathe life into every chip produced in Guadalajara, Ciena envisioned a compelling video. Collaborating closely with valued members of my production team, we navigated through logistics, enlisted local tapatíos as crew, and embarked on a four-day journey through the vibrant capital city. The outcome is a stylized documentary, seamlessly blending live-action footage with animation, offering an informative and captivating look into the process that powers Ciena’s ‘Adaptive Network’.
